scroll window up is not working , tried removing all the plugins and reinstalling the theme

it is on only, this was the first thing i checked........ still not working

is there any way to brute force it...

contents are not loading dynamically....

I downloaded the theme and installed it right now. Scrolling works fine for me.Probably, this is caused by the work of your third-party plugins, scripts or widgets. Please, try to disable all the scripts one by one to detect the problem.

had to reinstall the theme...... working well with the same plugins and scripts
