Screen scrolldown in Olympicgames Demo

Hi all, i'm looking for a way to do something like in the Olympicgames theme demo.
In the demo, when you click a button on a menu, the screen goes down to that page/content.
The slider is pretty tall, so on smaller monitors it covers almost all of the screen..
I'm using the same theme and would very much like to do the same useful thing for my site : www.archery.co.nf
I would really appreciate any help, thanks very much in advance.

I just noticed this is happening only on chrome,on firefox it runs just fine.
Any ideas how to repair this for chrome browser?
