Right sidebar not appearing on IPad

Any idea why the widgets / sidebar should fail to appear on the Ipad and IPhone?

Using the Janela theme

Oops. That was meant to read IPad mini. I now know why............. But, as my admin is in a widget on the sidebar it means that IPhoe and IPad mini users cannot login to the site. I don't think that locating the admin widget in the footer is a great option so I will probably have to move to a different layout............. bummer!
