responsive site on mobile

At the top of the site where I put a page on desktop mode you can see but in mobile mode no, how can I solve this problem? Thank you

Both menus are located inside the DropDowns with the "Go to" text in the mobile mode. I can't see this on a screenshots - how many dropdowns you have. Could you give us the URL of your website, please?
