Removing Top Menu option and mobile css issues

Hello,

I need some help in regards to the Theme Location options.
There is a Top Menu and Main menu option. I don't need to use the Top Menu option, so I need to remove that option so it doesn't appear on the mobile version.

How do I remove that?

I also need some advice on how to move the rotator above the navigation options on the mobile version, how can I do that without disturbing the actual website?

So the order the page is viewed on the mobile site is Logo, Slider, Navigation...

Any help would be so appreciated!
