I've installed the tree theme to an existing website. I haven't done much customizing yet, but the first thing I have run into is that the menu shows up at the top of the slider and then again below the slider. I'd like to remove one of them-preferrably the top one so I can enlarge my logo a bit. Is this possible?

Also, if I remove one of either the top menu or the main menu from the menu list, the one removed is replaced with a huge list of every category ever used on this blog in posts.

This is the default menu. If the menu is not set for a location the default comes.
