I am using your medical theme on our website - http://www.medicaltourismco.com/.

I wanted to know the logic behind related posts. The suggested readings that my site shows currently are not really related to the post.

Is there any way I can link my related posts with category? For example, dental is one category we are using. And a post listed under this category shows other posts related to this category.

The posts are related if they are in the same category and have the same tags. If they don't have the tags, the latest posts from this category will be shown.
