I installed a plugin for social networks, (sharethis) and I noticed that to bring up the buttons I have to press F5 (refrhes browser) otherwise do not see the plugin.
same problem with Qtranslate, if you do not press F5 page titles are not translated ...
if I change the default wordpress theme with works.
you can find a solution?

You have to turn off "Load Content Dynamically" to fix this..
