Purchased a Theme Screwed by SMThemes

I purchased a theme activation code before making this account here, something happened with my theme and I needed to completely reinstall it, now the theme is inactivated and I no longer have the code, support has COMPLETELY stopped emailing me back. Your themes are overpriced, but I paid and am now stuck with links in the footer of my theme. Thanks so much SMThemes.
