Problem with Videos

I have figured out how to adjust images so that it doesn't interfere with the side bar I have. I have tried the same thing with my videos by removing the sidebar in the posts. However I have a sidebar on my main page and I want it there. So it ends up leaving a really unprofessional gap dropping the videos down beneath the sidebar. How can this be fixed?

Very Zoomed out image to show you of an unpublished post I am working on.

Alright, obviously despite the button saying I can add image it does not like what I have done. However I have it on Google drive at this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByMyHNaHzrhaNGp6UFo2NmZfZDQ/view?usp=sharing

Hoping you can help. As I said I have tried many times to resize videos but it doesn't always work.
If 'One Right Sidebar' Layout is set you can't set width of your content (e.g.video) more than 2/3 of main container. If you need to set custom layout for this page you may do this when editing the post. There is a drop down box "Content Layout" on the top right when you editing the post in the dashboard of your website.
