Problem with Menus

I've got a problem when adding menu's to the Planshet theme.

1. Some Items are hidden behind the Search field on the Navbar.

2. Menu Items are overflowing onto the body of the blog ( see Link)

Can I make the menu items float to the left on the Navbar, instead of floating to the right ?

I would also like to remove the duplicate menu from the top right of the body, I can't seem to work out how to do that either.
