To edit the color of font in contact form you have to edit the following string:

.feedback .input input, .feedback textarea { width:100%; background: none; color: #979797; border:0px; }

in the file css --> index.css.
All changes such as change background, change font, or add new elements, etc you can do by yourself editing css and html at your own risk.
