Problem with Estate Press theme

Hi there, my website is padraigstapleton.net, still in progress at the moment. The theme I am using is called Estate Press. The pages for 'About', 'Services' etc are working fine. But below, there's a mysterious 'Home' page i cant seem to get rid of. Can anyone help?
