Problems with social buttons

Hi, I realized a blog and I installed the "JellyBean | 2.0" theme.

When I click on the social button (facebook) I have 2 problems:
1) the post image don't appear
2) instead of the title of post the article is shared with the name of category of the post. I have this problem when I share on Twitter too.

Help me please.
