Problem opening links

Hi guys,

I'd installed this theme (so cool, I must say), but I'm facing a problem: if you try to open any link (even menu links) the URL became malformed. You can see at http://ochadoscinco.com.br, and click in "Home" link to see the problem. The weird situation is: if you click with the right button, and choose to open the SAME LINK in a new tab, the problem will not occur.

Someone here had the same problem? Any suggestions are welcome!
