Pressa 22 restricting PHP updates

Ive been told my theme is stopping a PHP update and possibly more on WP up to date. I am unsure why it has unauthorised itself after many years so im not sure if this is the issue??
As a Business site, im getting confused why i keep getting this message in various areas of the back end..Google_AuthException thrown
Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: '{ "error": "invalid_grant", "error_description": "Bad Request" }'
