I'm looking for a solution to the following problem: if you invest for many post categories, then the post category menu moves to the second row and pushes the slider aside.

You may decrease font size or paddings between menu items to fit more items.
There are several css files: style.css located in the directory of the theme and the others inside /css folder. Inspecting the page you will be able to find the line and the file you have to edit. We don't provide such kind of services.
However, you would better create a multi-level menu to fit all your items.
