Please return the links!

Dear SMT support

My SimpleOne theme keeps telling me to return the footer links, even though they are indeed in the footer.

I've tried replacing footer.php with the original, but nothing works...

I would like to buy this Theme, but issues like this makes me reconsider that.

I am in the process of styling the theme, and when i reach a level of satisfaction, i will be more than happy to spend 25 dollars on this.
