Please help me get rid of Flicker and smthemes facebook "like" on my page

I don't see them anywhere on my widgets but they are there...Please help me get rid of these please.

Widgets in the sidebars placed for examples they will be removed after you add other widgets in Appearance -> Widgets in needed sidebar.
