Persistent sidebar

I have a problem with the sidebars using the Metroblog theme. I have them set at the theme level to be on the right. I have 2 posts, in 2 different categories where I have specified "No toolbars" in the "Content layout". They still show up... In the post "Preview changes" they don't show up! There's no way to get rid of them for those posts, or any new post either.

I have tried with IE, Chrome and Firefox = Same problem
I have tried with WP 3.7.1 and 3.8 (upgrade) = Same problem

You can specify the content layout for your post/page, but not for categories. There is a general layout on your category page. You can specify it on page Metroblog --> Layout in the dashboard.
