Pagination Mobile adapt

Hi,

I have a couple of things with my Architecture team in www.antonibiarnes.cat

1) How can I add Pagination? I just want to have 10 posts in the index.

2) How can I disable the mobile/iphone/ipad adaption? I would like to use some plugin like WPtouch Mobile Plugin.

1) Just set the number of posts on page Settings --> Reading and turn off "Load Posts Dynamically" on page Theme Settings --> Layout.
