Pagination issue

Hi,
I'm currently experiencing pagination issues since last wordpress clifford update.
Pagination is not working anymore on category pages, the structure is : .../page/X/
All category pages display the posts of page 1, even if the url is correct.

ex : http://www.queenforaday.fr/blog-mariage/reines-dun-jour/page/2/

Do you know how this issue can be sorted out ?

Could you tell me the version of the theme you are using?
You have made a lot of changes to the theme and there can be plenty of reasons for the pagination problem.
