Page template without sidebar/s

In other themes We can select template for page without sidebar/s.

I copy that template from other theme but dont work... What I can do now? ;>

You can't use files from one theme in other.

that not help me :) In homepage I need page without sidebars but in other pages I need right sidebar. In other/older smthemes I can select template for pages but not in Business Theme :(
