The theme doesn't provide an option to make a private post that is partially visible or add checkbox for the contact form. There is a built-in anti-spam system in our contact form. Unfortunately, we don't provide any services for editing themes for individual users. If you wish to add anything into the existing contact form you need edit feedback.php file located inside the theme directory on your server.
