Olympic Games Blank Page with theme

I want to have page that doesn't have a theme at all.

I created a template called blankpage.php. There is nothing on this page, no css, no php, no wordpress.

When I use other themes like the 2012 built into wordpress, this blank page works fine. When I use the OlympicGames template it inserts its own css and javascript into my blank page.

How can I get this to stop doing that?

To clarify, I think that there is javascript conflict with other components I am using on the page. I am trying to figure out how to not have the theme put its javascript onto a blank template but still have the other wordpress header information.
