Next Page - Previous Page

When my blog posts display on home page or category page it display's around 5 posts and cuts the rest of old ones that's it

I want that it displays all posts and on each page have for example 10 blog posts...and on the bottom a "Next Page, 1, 2, 3, Previous Page" option

I only have 5 posts that display and all old ones dont and I want to have them all displayed with 10 posts on each page


How do I make that ??



I am using DiabloFun Theme.
