new category not appearing in menu options on Light Cafe theme

With my latest post I added a new category. When I went to add the new category to my menu it was not listed along with the other categories I had created. When I presented my issue a couple of days ago the support person just referred me to "how to customize my menu". I do know how to customize my menu as I've been doing it for over a year now. The new category I added is not showing up in the category drop down box on the menu page. Therefore, I cannot add it to my menu.

I solved my own problem. On the menu page, above the category box, I clicked on "view all" and my new category showed up! Good enough for me... I thought I WAS viewing them all.
