Never got an update for my Automob theme

I never received a theme update notification for my Automob theme. Now my site doesnt look right. Ive had to temporarily use a different theme but I like the layout of this one thats why I purchased it. I am running version 2.3 and it shows a 2.4.4 How can update this??? Thank you

Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately, we don't prive an automatic update for the themes. You can just download the latest version of the needed theme and replace your current theme with that one. The safest way is to do it through the File Manager on your server:
1. Upload Automob.zip file to the folder wp-content\themes directory
2. Delete your current copy of the theme
3. Unpack the latest zipped copy of the theme

Thus all the theme settings as well as website content and all the rest settings will be saved.
The only thing you can lose is theme editings which you could do before. Like style.css editing or something else. However, you would better use a child theme for such changes. Then you will always save your customizations.
