Multiple Meta Tags in Smartpress

I am using the Yoast SEO Plugin which is causing me to have multiple meta tags (Title, description and keywords). I have tried editing the library.php to remove these which does work. The problem is that when I remove the code for the tags from the library file the post.php file will not load. When I edit a page or post and save it I end up at a blank white screen.
