More than 2 menus

How can i add more than 2 menus in the Rose Theme?

You have to edit the file top.php in the directory of the theme. To create one more menu you need to know php, html and css. It is impossible to create an extra menu using your dashboard.

Yea I have a same problem. How to add or remove items from menu?
