Monamour Slider Display

We are using the Monamour theme on this here: http://www.kids-consignment.com/. If you visit the page and reduce the browser to tablet size, the Slider image disappears. However, in tablet view, if you click any link in the main menu to visit another page, the Slider reappears. This happens in Chrome, Firefox, & IE.

How can we make the Slider display on all 3 versions (Desktop, Tablet, & Mobile)?

Also, we are only using the Main Menu on top. In Mobile view, it still displays 2 Menu drop downs for the Main Menu and Secondary Menu. How can we hide the Secondary Menu drop down in Mobile view?
