Mobile squishes pictures, resizing window turns in to mobile?? HELP!!!!!!!

First of all, my mobile site is a mess because all of my pictures are squished and do not scale to size. How do I fix that?

second of all, on my desktop, if I resize the window to be anything smaller than full screen, first the menu turns into basic text and then if I make it smaller it turns into the mobile format. HELP

I have the same problem at www.mystudy.se. Are there any way to fix this or disable the iPhone native website? Thanks!
