Mobile slider not showing entire image

The slides/slider in "mobile view" doesn't show the entire image.It only shows a thin part of the top of my slides. How do I resolve this issue?

Anyone new information? I am surprised that after two years, I am having the same effect here.

Could you give me the URL of your website. I'll try to detect the problem. However, it sometimes happens due to the slow internet. If image loading takes too much time it just stops and you see only thin part which has been loaded.
