Mobile Menu Doesnt Work At All

Purchased the "tree" theme and when pulled up on a mobile device (have tried two different phones and two different tablets) the menu appears, but when a page is chosen it doesn't do anything at all. I have disabled every plugin one by one on the site and still the same result. Have never had this problem with any of the other themes I have purchased through smthemes, so I'm not sure what to do at this point.
