MetropressANY OTHER SMThemes scroll up bar doesnt work

Hi guys I've tried just a couple of things since I've downloaded Metropress like adding pages/posts/some custom css/plugins but haven't tried messing around in the code itself.
I believe a plugin that used jquery that installed and didn't work and was uninstalled, may have caused the scroll up bar to stop working on all themes. My current install of Wordpress is using Metropress. I have Alium too but scroll up bar still doesn't work on it either.

Since it's happening on more then one theme I tried re-installing Wordpress but it doesn't seem to have helped.

Any ideas?
