Menus not in the right position

Normally, the menu should be right below the logo.
But somehow the menu appears as an extra menu on the top of the page.

Any help?

By default, there are two menus in WordPress and our themes support both of them. You may look at the demo of the theme here - http://smthemes.com/demo/forrealty/
Actually, you don't have to use both. You need to customize your menus on page Appearance --> Menus in the dashboard of your website to display the needed menu items. If you don't need the top menu at all you may use the following instruction on how to remove one of the menus:
