Menu problem

When you look at your theme Healthcare in a mini-PC, smartphone or a computer with a small screen, the menu is green and does not slide down without lug covers all full / half the screen. After a couple upptaderingar of the browser so it was no better. (Chorme and Firefox).

How can you fix this?
