Menu not works on mobile phone iOSAndroid

Hi!
That's it, the title. When I try to select one of submenu, this not charge the page. iOS or Android show you the options of the menu, you choose one and nothing happens.
The web is aluminiosdumbria.es
It's only happen in a mobile phone, because on iPad works well (the appearance looks a like a desktop).

I have the same problem on my Asus tablet (Android 5.01).Virtually all menus (not just submenus)are unresponsive. We are using the Education theme.
