How can I do for put the menu just before the slideshow in the place of HOME and UNCATEGORIZED and remove the menu in the header.

just replace your theme name ( Atletica ) instead theme directory in that topic.

for add new menu too, you should go in your WP Admin -> in left sidebar, Appearance -> Menus, and edit / add / remove new menus. SMThemes support two menu: Main Menu and Secondary menu. you should add your new menus to main menu. you can create new category for adding or you can use one category with some menus.

for moving menu or make a child menu, just drag and drop menu. just do it and you will find to how figure out about changing menus.
