Medical Theme Sidebar

Hi, I need to put a php form in the right sidebar of the Medical theme but just adding any php code to the sidebar brings up the "Footer link removal warning".
I intend to keep those links.
Is there a way I can customize the sidebar without having it affect the footer?

Is there any help on this? Will I be able to edit the sidebar if I buy it off?
