media uploader incompatability

I'm currently a proud user of the arboretum theme. A few weeks ago I no longer was able to use the media uploader. It is a theme specific issue, as I have ensured I'm running the newest version of WP, deactivated my plugg-ins, and reinstalled the theme. I also am unable to toggle back between the "text" and "visual" tags.

Please help?
