Many plug-ins require page reload to work properly with Middleearth Theme

I have plug-ins like Responsive flip-book and ecwid shopping cart, that using this theme require a page reload for the pages to render. I have deactivated all other plugins and still have the issue. If I install them on another theme they work fine. Can you update or address issues with the theme, otherwise it is becoming unusable for me and I paid for it. Perhaps it is an issue with PHP usage of the theme?

We can suggest you to turn off "Load Content Dynamically" on page ThemeSettings --> Layout.
