Making Logo Block Bigger

I am looking to make the logo area for this page bigger. I can't find it anywhere in settings, does anyone know how to do this?

I basically instead of whatever height it is set to now, I want to make it 200 pixels in height so I can make the logo bigger to pop more.

I can't find this is CSS or any of the files in the theme to make this space bigger.

Also is there anyway to delete the secondary menu container at the top, I don't want a secondary menu or the line at the top of the page to signify where it is.
