Main Menu behind logo

Hi there,

I am currently moving my site to a new host and have pretty well everything ready to make the DNS switch except one thing...I think there must be some kind of theme update that has caused a menu to appear behind the logo. I want no menu there...the menu we use is the Top one. Can you please tell me how to switch that one off?
