Load Content Dynamically

I am using the Picturizer theme. I really like how the "Load Content Dynamically" option loads the page without reloading the header. I also love how every time a link to a new page is clicked, the page auto-scrolls down to the page content (right below the header). The only problem is that the 'load content dynamically' option stops links from opening in new tabs.

Is there a way to open links in new tabs while having the 'load content dynamically' option enabled? Or is there a way to get the same auto-scrolling and page loading without header effects while having disabled 'load content dynamically'?

I would really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance.

We have fixed this. Please, download the theme again and replace the file js --> hashchange.js with the original file from the archive.
