List Pages Instead of Categories at Top

Hello! I am incorporating the Planshet theme for the following website:
http://www.mftintern.com
Currently, at the top of the page, I see "Home", followed by the only category I currently have ("Uncategorized"). I would like to list pages instead of categories - so instead, it would say "Home", then "About" (the only page I currently have). How can I edit this section of the theme? Thank you in advance for your help! :)
