Links not working in IE

For some reason anchor links in content (posts) append to the end of the URL instead of opening.
An example can be seen here:
http://www.oakvillehornets.on.ca/?p=59
Click on the Coaching Application link which goes to survey monkey. When clicked in IE (8,9 and 10) the URL looks like this:
http://www.oakvillehornets.on.cahttp//www.surveymonkey.com/s/HLCoachesApplications
This happens with the target attribute set to "_blank" or not set at all.
