Links in slidesow Carstarts theme

Allthough I didn't put a link on the pictures in the slideshow, still the slides are being presented as a link(see below the code for the empty link, generated in the html code), showing a hand while hovering over the pictures in the slideshow.

How can I adjust the script of the slideshow so the slides won't be made into a link?
