Light Cafe Theme Slider

I am having an issue with my slider. This week I attempted to add something and the pic would not show up. So, then I just tried to delete it so it wouldn't just be a blank frame with a link to a post. It's no longer listed in my slider menu but it is still there....a picture-less box with a link to my post. Up to this point I have not had any issues.
