Jazz doesnt load the plugins style at the first load

I am using wordpress 3.8.2 running Jazz free theme and NextGEN pluggin for galleries and page builder plugin.

When I inspected the elements for the plugins, I found that in the first load there's no active styling for the images thumbnail. but after refreshing the page it works fine and the style appears . this screenshot can illustrate what I mean https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2CDnkQhsAyMT3B3b2FhSXRlUU0/edit?usp=sharing

I have tried the WP default themes and the plugins worked fine with the first load.

how can I make the plugin styles work from the first load?

To fix this you have to turn off "Load Content Dynamically" on page Theme Settings --> Layout in the dashboard.
